Our Story
The Philadelphia Liberty is an organization with a clear vision to promote the growth and development of girls’ baseball for players ages 8-18 from the Mid-Atlantic region. With the anticipated launch of The Women’s Pro Baseball League (WPBL) in the Summer of 2026, the Liberty is at the forefront of creating opportunities for young female athletes to pursue their dreams in the sport.
The Philadelphia Liberty focus on confidence, hard work, and lifelong friendships is invaluable for the development of young athletes, not just in terms of their skills on the field, but in fostering qualities that will serve them well throughout life. The recent merger with The Tri-State Trailblazers adds momentum to the upcoming season, enriching the organization’s ability to provide a supportive, community-driven environment.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Liberty is deeply committed to inclusion and accessibility, ensuring that all girls who wish to participate in baseball can do so regardless of financial circumstances. This dedication to affordability further highlights their mission to empower the next generation of female athletes.
